Partner / Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. The following Additional Partner / Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are supplementary to our Standard Terms and Conditions and should be read in addition to them.
2. When registering for a Banner/Text Advertisement you are joining our Partner / Affiliate Program and are bound by the Terms of this agreement and our Standard Terms and Conditions. Your participation in our program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise Our website to receive a Commission on Products & Services purchased by Your referred individuals.
3. We may choose to suspend Your participation in our Partner / Affiliate program entirely at Our discretion or for any of the following reasons:
1. Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc…)
2. Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc…)
3. Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
4. Self referral i.e. using your referrer link to order domain names or web hosting for yourself.
5. Any other inappropriate use of the Partner / Affiliate program, such inappropriateness to be determined solely by us.
4. Our Partner / Affiliate program can only be advertised with Our specified Banner Advertisements. No text or other graphical links are permitted without prior written approval from Us.
5. Referred individual(s) must be a new customer which Commission is verified and granted or removed.
6. Partners / Affiliates will be paid the total Commission amount exceeds £10.00 .
7. These terms will begin upon registering for a Banner Advertisement and specifying its location in our Control Panel and will end when Your Partner / Affiliate Program status is terminated. The Terms of this agreement may be modified by Us at any time. If any modification to the Terms is unacceptable to You, your only choice is to terminate your Partner / Affiliate Program advertising for Us. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute Your acceptance of any change.
